No matter how big or small your project is, our well-established Project Management disciplines will effectively control every stage of the process.
Clarity at every stage
At the outset, we’ll work with you to establish the deliverables, so you receive the best possible deal, support, and service. We’ll also compile bespoke Project Books designed to monitor all program phases from conception to commissioning in plant.
Whether it’s a simple part or a complex assembly requiring full Program Management incorporating APQP, an appropriate control system will be implemented.
Leaving nothing to chance
To track progress and set agendas and meetings, we create a general Master Timing plan using MS Project. Individual Excel-based timing plans are within each Project Book and followed for each tool. These are then incorporated into the Master Timing plan.
This Master Timing plan is integrated into the PAPIP program plan, which focuses on defect prevention and is responsible for ensuring each stage of the process is completed within the agreed timeframe.
